He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Michelle Grochowski (Tom), Melanie Hanus (Paul) and Thomas Howard (Patricia); his grandchildren, Brad Grochowski (Kristin), Destinie Larson (Jeremy), Amanda Scasny (Keith), Sarah Howard, Melissa Toth (Michael), Kyle Howard (Stacy) and Brett Howard (Samantha); his great grandchildren, Kaylee, Garrett, Brady, Bryson, Avalynn, Callie, Keegan, Raelyn, Cameron, Sparrow, Myla and Charlie; and his sister JoAnn Sandefur.
