She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Alexander and Bertha Alexander; her sons, Lee Kern and Ed Kern; and her siblings, Carl Alexander, Betty Gunter, Sarah Louise Johnson, Silvia Johnson, Bertha Brown, Flora Bronikowski and Mary Lou Wright.
She is survived by: her sons, John Kern (Cindi) of California and Mike Hemmig (Beth) of Michigan; her siblings, Ed Alexander and Reba Joann Allen; her grandchildren, Jessica, Jacob, Candice and Taylor; her great grandchildren, Hannah, Hope, Zoey, Kailee, Isabella, Jacob, Olivia, Cayden, Carsen and Parker; and her close friend Denny Nimigean. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family members, and friends.
