He was predeceased by: his parents, Rose Espitia and Fabian Espitia. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Espitia; and his children, Gean Cohoon, Sandra Barker (Steven) and Fabian Espitia Jr. (Debbie). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Heritage Church of God (3520 Strayer Rd, Maumee, OH 43537).
