She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Frazier and June Frazier (Jones); her husband Paul E. Kurth; and her brother Dale Frazier. She is survived by: her children, Julie Sartin (Dan), John P. (Mona), Jim L. and Joe E. Kurth (Linda); her grandchildren, Tiffany, RaeLynn (Pat), Neil (Kami), Shenna (Daniel), Quin, Jaimelynn (Brian), Aaron (Anjulee), Brandi (Jeff), Danny, Dakota, Dylan, Hunter, Krystal and Derrick; her great grandchildren, Alexa (Juan), Brianna, Christin, Matia, Haley, Kyle, Rylan, Corrin, Arayana, Brian Jr., Savannah, Maverick, Ryker, Griffin, Alexis, Tatum, Samantha, Aaron Jr., Preston and Evan; her great great grandchild Stetson; and her sisters, Sharon Spangler and Joyce Lorenzen.
