He is survived by: his wife Jill Ortiz; his daughters, Sarina Ortiz (Kevin) and Haley Ortiz; his grandchildren, Amilliano Ortiz-Huber, Malayah Ortiz-Moore, Malena Ortiz-Moore, Francisco Ortiz-Huber and Myah Ortiz-Moore; his parents, Rosie Acosta and Francisco Ortiz, Sr. (Rosie); and his siblings, Daniel Ortiz (Anastasia), Corinna Ortiz, Oralia Loredo, Angie Roberson (Charlie), Sonia Campos (Levi) and Santos Ortiz (Jodi). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
