He was loved and cherished by many people including: his brother Howard Eugene Terrill, Jr. (Gene); his cousin David Trebbing of Ashabula, OH; his daughter Jennifer Lynn; his sister-in-law Joan; and his niece Amy.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Little Flower Catholic Church (5522 Dorr St, Toledo, OH 43615). A Mass was held on Saturday, September 5th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society in memory of Frank.
