He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lathene Garth Sr. and Mary Redman Garth; and his brother Walter Lathene Garth Jr. Frederick. He is survived by: his wife Rev. Donna Marie Garth; his daughters, Dr. La Tarsha Miller (Harry) and Dr. Chanel Garth; and his grandson Raphael Miller. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
