He is survived by: his children, David Bernard (Melissa) and Susan Zolciak (Damian); his stepchildren, Tim Holt (Cindy), Denise John, Tracy Holt (Terri) and Tom Redrup; his former wife Lynnette DeGolier; his sisters-in-law, Gerri and Patty Bernard; and his grandchildren, Tessa, Mia, Alex, Jeff, Katherine, Adam and Alyssa. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
