He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Downing and Norma Downing (Hannah). He is survived by: his wife Beth; his children, Theresa Florinchi (Dawn), Marty Downing and Ashley Jeffries (RJ); his grandchildren, Dylan Gillenkirk, Marissa, Marly Downing, Rashalle Cornelison and Makenzi Jeffries; and his sisters, Sue Bell (Daryl), Gayle Riddle (Jim), Gerri Downing and Terri Meyers (Mike).
