He was predeceased by: his parents, David Long and Catherine Long; his wife Margaret Long (Lois); his sons, Gerald Antwan Long and Lee Charles Shaw; and his brothers, Baxter Long (Jack) and David Long.
He is survived by: his children, Angela Rouse-Steward, Cheryl Hamilton and Theron Murray. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
