He is survived by: his mother Wanda Whaley; his sons, Jason (Andrea), Jeff (Brandy) and Jameson Whaley (Elicia); his grandchildren, Zachary, Dallas, Charlotte, Taylor, Jarrin, Gavin and Maverick; and his siblings, Fred Whaley (Amy), Jeff Kujawa, Gail Simon (Joe) and Karen Kujawa.
