He is survived by: his wife Cindy Durham; his brother Cranford Durham (Glinda); his brother-in-law Chuck (Pam); his nephews, CJ (Amy) and Jon Hyndman (Brooke); his sister-in-law Debbie Hyndman; his niece Courtney Gribble (Andrew); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Morgan, Harper, Jack, Ethan and Norah; his friend MacKenzie Auger; and his son-in-law Ernie Gonzalez.
