He is survived by: his wife Carol (Brecklin); his sons, Brian, Christopher (Sherri) and Scott Barefield (Heather); his grandchildren, Ashley, Brittney, Kylye, Connor Barefield and Jonathan Duris; and his stepsiblings, Judith "Judy" Aquette, David and Thomas Hodges.
