He was predeceased by: the mother of his child Heather Cluckey. He is survived by: his parents, Harvey Michael Liepa and Christine Judy Brado; his sons, Isaiah Liepa and Malachi Cluckey; his brothers, Paul Callahan (Katie) and Michael Barrett (Erin); and his fiancée Lisa Tammarine. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and special friends.
