She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Zmijewski and Josephine Zmijewski (Dupcinski); her husband Donald Ignasiak; and her siblings, Sophie Kowalski, Joseph and Stanley Zmijewski. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
