She was predeceased by: her husband Henry Spieker; her brother William Neff; her son Joseph Wetzel; and her granddaughter Samantha Bails. She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Ruffing and Evelyn Shible; and her grandchildren, Kimmie Ruffing, Joseph Wetzel II (Abigail), Penelope McGown and Nichole Miller (Steve). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and 4 great-great-grandchildren.
