She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Nakos and Bessie Nakos (Konstantine); and her siblings, Louis, Peter, Harry (Marie) and Matina Nicholas (Peter).
She is survived by: her children, Cary E. Kaufman (Mindy) of Austin and Melissa M. Deku (John) of Toledo; her grandchildren, Alexandra Lima (Luca) of London, England, Theo and Amanda Deku of Toledo; and her nieces and nephews, Elain Foster (Tom), Bess Afendoulis (Stephen) and Zack Nakos.
Memorial contributions may be made to Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Cathedral or to a charity of the donor's choice.
