He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Smith, Lashonda Horton, Christina Davidson (Camaron) and Iziah "Brian" Smith Jr.; his siblings, Lucille White, H. W. Smith (Phyllis), Douglas Smith (Connie), Johnny B. Smith (Pat) and Aaron Smith (Margaret); and his sister-in-law Rose Smith. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
