He is survived by: his sons, Jay O'Rourke III (Amy), John O'Rourke (Karen) and Jesse O'Rourke (Celeina); his grandchildren, Stephanie Mele (Matt), Natalie Dudley (Brandon), Jacob O'Rourke (Maddie), Devin O'Rourke, Jasmine Gallagher, Xander O'Rourke, Lauren O'Rourke and Brandon Todd; his sisters, Peggy O'Rourke and Sue Wadsworth (Larry); his niece Lori (Gary); and his nephews, Mike (Gina) and Jeff (Kathy).
