He is survived by: his brothers, Jim, Michael (Karda), Richard, Mark (Melissa), Robert (Debbie) and William (Jorgi); his children, Jack Shoults Jr. (Sheena) and Kirtis Shoults; his daughter-in-law Chantay Shoults; his grandchildren, Chelci, Ashley, Branden, Amira, Destinie, Kayden, Adriana, Bentlie, Dante, Dominic and Keira; and his great grandchildren, Josiah, Serenity, Lorenzo, Cheyenne, Amarionna, Marquis and Kingston. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
