She was predeceased by: her parents, Aloysius Joseph Mallette and Mabel B. Dalley. She is survived by: her daughter Kelly Johnson (Stephen); her grandchildren, Kristina Boudreau (Michel) and Derek Johnson (Gabriella); her great grandchildren, Lucas, Isabelle, Santina and Francesca; her brother Joseph Mallette; her sister-in-law Janet Keim; and her nephew Michael Keim.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made in Jacqueline's memory to Christ the King Church, Toledo, Ohio, or the Toledo Zoo.
