It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline Elizabeth Sims in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on August 30, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Jacqueline shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Jacqueline farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband John Sims. She is survived by: her children, Jay Sims (Kim), Anne Sims, Tina Rigel, Rob Sims and Tom Sims (Krystle); her grandchildren, Lara Sims, Shannan Fleet, Tim Jurkovac, Brock Rigel, Grant Rigel and Kiele Sims; and her brother Buzz Cloonan. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving extended family.
