He is survived by: his wife Dianna Best; his children, Douglas Best, James McCourt (Heather), Jeffrey McCourt (Ashley) and Lisa McCourt (Nikki); and his sister-in-law Paula Goad. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
