He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Berbec and Helen Berbec (Dressel). He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Edward Kurek (Karissa), Susan Speiker (Jon), Matt Kurek (Tracey), Nick Kurek (Melissa) and Theresa Slater (Jeff); and his cousins, John Dressel (Cary) and Lynn Yarnboon (Steve). He is also survived by great nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4150 W Laskey Rd, Toledo, OH 43623). A memorial service will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 11th 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mt Carmel Cemetery (15 E Manhattan Blvd, Toledo, OH 43608).
