He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Green and Loretta Green (Sauers); his wife Velma E. Johnson; and his brother Tom Green. He is survived by: his children, Debbi Baker (Chris) of Overland Park, KS, Ken Green (Tammie) of North Canton, OH and Terry Green (Michelle) of Holly Springs, NC; his grandchildren, Todd Baker (Sonia), Toni Baker, Sean Green (Nicole), Erin Gaston (Craig), Marc Green (Vanessa), Devan Hazzard (Devin), Trajen Green and Dagny Green; and his sisters, Susie Davis (Jim), Mary Miller (Bob), Carolyn Clark (Bob), Elizabeth Gozdowski, Patricia McIntosh (John), Margaret Popp (Ernie), Donna Cummings and Dorothy Scott. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
