He was predeceased by : his parents, Martin Stein and Verna Stein. He is survived by : his wife Kathy; his children, Marty, Roger Stein and Jeannette Stein (John Russell); and his grandchildren, Blake Whitmore (Jake Palmer), Bailey Whitmore, Grant Will and Amanda Stein.

Visitation was held on Friday, April 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (5155 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43623). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 20th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location.

His contributions to the well-being of others will be remembered by many.
