He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Patricia Miller, Mary Kemper, James Miller and James Kemper; and his brother Jason Miller (Bird).

He is survived by: his parents, Kent Miller (Tracy) and Mary Walls (Frank); his children, Jasmine, James Jr., Jayda, Jenna and Josslyn; his granddaughter Tyaira; his siblings, Garry Clark (Melissa), Tonya Foust (Thomas), Dixie Martinez (Ray), Angel Goings (Vashon) and Donald Miller; his stepsiblings, Frank Jr., Zacharia and Jennifer; and his friend Jimmy. He is also survived by many many nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews.
