He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Ralph Williams Sr. and Ida Mae Williams; his wife Arleta Elizabeth Williams; and his daughters, Brenda Lynn Soutullo, Tara Lee Rice, Christi Sue Bechtold and Lynda Sue Bennett. He was also cherished by five grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.
