She is survived by: her husband Phil Simmons; her children, Edward Long and Sandi Egbert (Gordon); and her siblings, David Duvall (Patty), Cindy Duvall (Sue) and Pat Duvall (Kathy). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
