With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet K. Petrotte of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on April 4, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Kmetz and Katherine Kmetz (Tkachik); her brother Albert Kmetz (Joyce); and her siblings-in-law, Betty Kmetz and Phillip Gautschy.
She is survived by: her husband Richard J. Petrotte; her children, Lynn Petrotte (Charlton DuRant) and Eric Petrotte (Kristin Nortz); her granddaughters, Sophia Petrotte and Ava Petrotte; and her siblings, William Kmetz and Janice Gautschy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Metroparks Toledo Foundation.
