With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Diane Shaink of Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on April 24, 2026 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Decort and Virginia Decort; her son Matthew Orner; her brothers, Wayne and Michael Decort; and her half-sister Diane Meyers.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Shaink; her stepchildren, Lysa West and Jason Shaink (Keri); her grandchildren, Midori Shaink, Preston Johnson and Jaeden Shaink; and her half-siblings, Deb Scott (Mel) and Dave Decort.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly asks that donations be made to Cherry Street Mission, Hospice of Northwest Ohio, or a charity of the donor's choice.
