She was predeceased by: her father Carl Carder; her sister Anita Reynolds; her husband Bradley Siler; and her daughter Melissa. She is survived by: her son Scott Siler; and her grandchildren, Keith, Dominic and Kaida. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting that donations be made in Janice's name to the Alzheimer's Association.
