He is survived by: his girlfriend Mary Flores; his brother David Clemens; his sister-in-law Patricia Clemens; his children, Jared Clemens and Jalyn Clemens; his stepchildren, Brooke and Carson Streicher; and his grandchildren, Blake, Gabe, Jack, Noa, Vanessa and Ezra.

A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Castillo Funeral Home (1757 Tremainsville Rd, Toledo, OH 43613). A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at the St Joseph's Cemetery (9872 Cemetery Rd, Erie, MI 48133).
