We are sad to announce that, on January 31, 2023, at the age of 43, Jason Scott Lajzer of Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Chester Lajzer; his stepfather George Auger; his aunt Karen Rooks; and his cousin Tiffany Urban. He is survived by: his mother Debra Medley; his children, Cassandra Lajzer and Chance Lajzer; his stepmother Connie Lajzer; his grandchildren, Hunter, Easton Damazyn, Megan Baer (Travis) and Blake Lajzer (Tiffany); his godparents, Marsha Doolin and Scott Lutz; and his aunts, Maryanne and Laura. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
