With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jeffrey Lynn Whitaker (Toledo, Ohio), born in Norfolk, Virginia, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Whitaker and Evelyn Whitaker; and his parents-in-law, Arthur and Helen Nevers. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Carl Whitaker (Nancy), Jeffrey Whitaker and Julie Whitaker; his grandchildren, Ashley Riggie (Allan) and Shawna Strayer (Dominick); his great grandchildren, Caleb, Abigail and Brylee; and his siblings, Craig Whitaker and Janice Kirk (Jim). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Aldersgate United Methodist (4030 Douglas Rd, Toledo, OH 43613). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Highland Memory Gardens (8308 S River Rd, Waterville, OH 43566).
