He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Stanley, Mary Klepacz, Jesse and Marianne Cox; his stepsiblings, Lisa Bamford, Erin Bamford and David Bamford; and his uncle John Klepacz.
He is survived by: his parents, Judy Bamford (Paul) and Kevin Cox (Jane); his brothers, Corey Cox (Anna), Jayme Cox (Lacy) and Bryan Cox (Laren); his stepsister Rachel Cherubini (Carlo); his friend Brad Reichert (Connie); his nephew Ethan Cox (Robin); his great-niece Gianna Cox; and his close friend Ashley Fox. He is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Maumee United Methodist Church (405 Sackett St, Maumee, OH 43537). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made in Jeremy's name to the Autism Society of Northwest Ohio or The Zepf Center.
