He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Smith and Margaret Smith (Leininger); his wife Ann; and his brother Jim Smith. He is survived by: his children, Lori Skees (Daniel) and Douglas (Laura); his grandchildren, Aaron Skees (Rose), Bethany Navratil (Collin), Jordan Smith (Julia Gigis), Elijah Smith and Caleb Smith; his great grandchild Harrison Skees; and his siblings, Tom (LaDonna), Bob Smith and Carol Sue Schmitz (Roger).
