He is survived by: his children, Malia Garcia and Michael Hill; his parents, Tina Garcia and Jose P. Garcia; his siblings, Jose Garcia, Paul Hammons and Christina Garcia Wahl (Wayne); and his grandmother Frances C. Hilt. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
