She is survived by: her children, Lesley Talley and Debora Nelson (Ron); her sisters, Beverly Hawkins-King, Sharon Hooks (O'dell) and Diane Hawkins (Jaynes) of Dayton, Ohio; her grandchildren, Jermaine Whitely of Brooklyn, Adrienne Coley (Steve), Nia, Nileah and Nakeah Talley; and her great grandchildren, Da'Lon of Toledo, Ohio, Donaven of Toledo, Ohio and Da'Leah Coley of Toledo, Ohio. She is also survived by relatives and dear friends.
