We are sad to announce that on April 15, 2024, at the age of 91, Joan M. Willey of Toledo, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Jacobs and Adline Jacobs. She is survived by: her children, Rickey Willey (Patricia), Deborah Weber (Ronald), Keith Willey, Tracy Byrd (Rich) and Wade Willey (Loretta); her grandchildren, Amy Draper, Megan Wilderman (Nicholas), Mandy Chiles (Matthew), Jacquelyn Weber, Christopher Weber (Nailya), Joshua Lee, Jessica Lee, Rebecca Wray (Kyle), Heather Willey (Douglas Palmer) and Paul Willey; her sister Madlon Jane Walling; her husband Richard Willey; and her grandson Matthew Lee. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
