He is survived by: his wife Sally (Ludwikowski); his sons, Kevin (Danielle), Todd (Amy) and Matthew Mylek; his grandchildren, Joe (Stephanie), Jeffrey, Kira Mylek, Sasha Cokovic and Jaslynn Reinhart (Xavier); his siblings, Esther Hillabrand (Bob), Etta Marie Oakley (Kevin), Tom Belcik (Kathy) and George Smith (Terri); Mitchell Mylek (Trish). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
