He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Belcik Sr. (MacWilliams) and George Smith; and his sisters, Elsi Kopp and Debbie Weinrich. He is survived by: his wife Sally (Ludwikowski); his sons, Kevin (Danielle), Todd (Amy) and Matthew Mylek; his grandchildren, Joe (Stephanie), Jeffrey, Kira Mylek, Sasha Cokovic and Jaslynn Reinhart (Xavier); his siblings, Esther Hillabrand (Bob), Etta Marie Oakley (Kevin), Tom Belcik (Kathy) and George Smith (Terri); and also Mitchell Mylek (Trish). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, July 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sujkowski Funeral Home (114 E Alexis Rd, Toledo, OH 43612). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
Memorial donations may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
