He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy Cisek (Tomanski); his parents, Mary Cisek (Naja) and Thomas Cisek; and his daughter-in-law Sue Cisek. He is survived by: his children, Linda Barker (Dale), John Cisek Jr. and Mark Cisek (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Chrissey Sadowski (James), Edmond Burgess (Jamie Van Natta), John Cisek III (Danelle), Devon Barker (Erin), Tiffany Zimmerman (John), Patrick Cisek (Felicia) and Stephanie Cisek; and his great grandchildren, Kyiersten, Brynn, Major Sadowski, Savannah, Brayden Zimmerman and Ronald James.
