He is survived by: his brother Michael Bonkoski (Emmy); his nephews, Joseph Crawford and Jonathan Bonkoski; his aunt Camillia Meek; and his cousins, Jim Szczerbiak (Marsha), Connie Hoye, Cynthia Ryan, Karen Stykemain, Sandra Szymanski, Raymond Bonkoski, Veronica Smith, Julie Foley, John Meek and Shelly Pomeroy.

Memorial donations may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
