He is survived by: his wife Martha Ann Welber; his children, David John Welber, Karen Patrice Blanchard and Elizabeth Ann Moore; his brother-in-law David Roy Lloyd; his grandchildren, Lauren Elizabeth Blanchard, Wilmer "Jay" James Blanchard V, Harrison Daniel Moore, Millie Elizabeth Moore, Katherine Grace Moore, Annie Jane Welber and Jack David Welber; and his children-in-law, Wilmer "Jim" James Blanchard IV, Daniel Victor Moore and Ashley Diane Welber.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (5155 W Sylvania Ave, Toledo, OH 43623). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
