He was predeceased by: his father Donald Pickering; his wife Theresa; and his brothers, Richard and Robert. He is survived by: his children, Amanda Arrington (Randy), Alexandra Altaffer (Eric Bortkowiak) and Adrianna Schroeder (Eric); his grandchildren, Devin, Tyler, David, Christopher, Jasmine, Jacob, Boyd, Brian and Isaac; his mother Sallie Pickering; and his siblings, Sue Ellen Gifford (Larry), Donald "Phred" Altaffer Jr. (Lynn) and Vicki Dunn (Matt). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends.
