He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Parker and Mary Ellen Parker; and his siblings, Melanie Cohen and Kevin Parker. He is survived by: his children, Jamie Dukes (Steven), Steven Parker (Melissa) and Robert Parker (Alexis); his grandchildren, Trent Dukes, Morgan Dukes, Makenzie Parker, Kaiden Dukes, Savannah Parker and Ella Parker; his great grandchild Mahleigh Dukes; and his brothers, David Parker, Michael Parker and Clayton Parker.
