He is survived by: the mother of his children Mary Tackett Park; his daughters, Laurie Smith and Scherry Tackett; his siblings, Ray Tackett (Helen), Charles Tackett Jr. and Lillian Tackett; his grandchildren, Kayleigh Smith, Mia Smith, Antonio Huerta and Juanita Magdaleno; and his great grandchildren, Xander Smith and Deacon Smith.
