He is survived by: his wife Delta Marks; his daughters, Melissa Arnold (Tony), Jennifer Bonds (Keith), Diane Rice, Jessica Rice, Patience Rice and Skyler Rice; and his siblings, Sue Frasier, Joyce Harris, Marjorie Miller, Pam Miller and Donald Miller. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
