He was predeceased by: his parents, Canuto Sanchez and Simona Sanchez; and his siblings, Marcellino Guardiola, Raul Guardiola, Rouel Sanchez, Jesus Sanchez and Estella Sanchez.
He is survived by: his wife Ramona Navarro; his children, Cheryl Sanchez, James Sanchez, Joe Sanchez (Lisa) and Gilbert Garza (Anne); and his grandchildren, Sonia Sanchez-Pecina, Marcos Pecina, Tony Flores, Justin Pecina, Joey Sanchez-Lozoya, Jenny Sanchez, Christian Sanchez, Amber Sanchez, Avery Garza, Lauren Burchette and Dawn Easley. He is also survived by 23 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren.
His family will receive friends at the Castillo Funeral Home 1757 Tremainsville Rd. Saturday 12 PM – 3 PM with a Catholic prayer service at 1 PM. memorial tributes may be made to Valley Area Agency on Aging 225 E. Fifth St. #200 Flint, MI 48502.
