He was predeceased by: his parents, James Monaghan and Ursula Monaghan; and his brothers, James, Gerald, William and Frank Monaghan.
He is survived by: his wife Susan J. Monaghan; his sons, Christopher Monaghan, Shawn Monaghan and Aaron Monaghan; his grandchildren, Cortney Zimmerman (Mark), Austin Monaghan, Olivia Monaghan, Cassie Altman (Sam), Chase Tishler and Cole Tishler; and his great grandchildren, Devin Zimmerman, Hudson Zimmerman and Nolan Zimmerman.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Newcomer Funeral Home (4752 Heatherdowns Blvd, Toledo, OH 43614).
